SEND Local Offer details:
The Nar and St Clements Sure Start Childrens Centre was set up to support families with children under 5. We offer parents and carers the opportunity to access a range of activities within one location whether you are looking for childcare, childrens nursery, day care, family support, child health clinic, job information, access to higher education, to learn a new skill or just need somebody to talk to. We have two main purpose built centres, one in South Lynn and one at Terrington St Clements. Our services and sessions are run both in centre and outreach locations, including one to one support work in the clients home when being supported by a Family Support Worker. We currently have a portage worker on an SLA to deliver services to children and families where there are children with specific additional needs. We have a service level agreement with Little Discovers which is a support group for children with physical disabilities. All children and families are welcomed within the Childrens Centre and provision is adapted to suit the individual needs and requirements of all users. Our activities aim to be inclusive adapting services to the individual needs of the children and families. You can access our services direct or obtain a referral. Our centres are fully accessible with wide doors and disabled facilities. All information provided to families and children is as accessible as possible, both written and verbal information is provided - we can translate into a variety of languages. If you have a compliment or complaint you feel you cannot approach me with you need to contact Ofsted on 0300 1231231. CONTACT: For further information or to request a copy of the SEND/Inclusion policy, please contact the provider.
