Toll, Joanne Mary (Childminder)

Description

I have been working in the Childcare Profession for over 20 years now and I really enjoy the role I have in helping children to thrive and develop their full potential. I have recently been graded 'GOOD' at my Ofsted inspection and I feel very happy with that result. I continue with my CPD following on from my Level 3 I hope to be starting my Level 4 later this year. I offer a warm homely environment. Many choices of activites and always allowing for age/stage of development. We go on lots of trips to groups, museums and play centres. Do pop in for a chat and let me know your childcare requirements and hopefully I can help.

SEND Local Offer details:
I value all children as individuals and encourage their input within my setting. I will adapt activities to allow a child with SEND to join in and feel welcome. I regularly observe children and hope within my setting they will be able to flourish and reach their full potential. Wheelchair access is not available but I would consider adaptations if necessary. I have completed Autism training and intend to complete further SEND training when courses become available. If you have a complaint you feel you cannot approach me with you need to contact Ofsted on 0300 1231231. CONTACT: For further information or to request a copy of the SEND/Inclusion policy, please contact the provider.
