I am a level 3 qualified childminder with Special Educational Needs background offering an Ofsted registered homebased learning environment. I have 10 years experience working with children with special needs and 25 years childcare experience. I am first aid trained and registered for over night care. I offer flexible care hours including a pick up service in the local villages. I offer a warm, friendly environment where children learn through play. I try to meet all parent's routines whilst giving the children home-based learning and local amenities within their experiences. Healthy meals & snacks provided.

I currently offer care to children with SEN/disabilities alongside children without. We aim to support families and liaise with other services to help children gain optimum experiences both in eduction and social, emotional and mental health too. We cover physical, sensory, social and emotional communication and topic based learning through play experiences. We aim for children to grow in confidence, to help them access services and experiences to progress and to support families with behavioural and emotional requirements. Families can self refer. Most of our staff are trained in makaton and PECS and I have a great deal of experience dealing with children with SEND.
