SEND (Special educational needs and disabilities) Local Offer
The SEND Local Offer has two main purposes:
-To provide clear, comprehensive, accessible and up-to-date information about available provision and how to access it
-To make provision responsive to local needs and aspirations. We do this by directly involving children and young people with SEND, their parents, and the professionals who work with them, in the development and review of the SEND Local Offer
The Norfolk Community Directory is the place to search for the provision and services that form part of Norfolk’s Local Offer.
To find out more about SEND processes and how things are organised in Norfolk, go to the SEND Local Offer website www.norfolk.gov.uk/SEND
Please Note: We are currently working hard to move information from the SEND Local Offer website across to the Directory to make it easier for people to find all of the provision and services available. We aim to complete this transition by summer 2019.
